Vertical Infill

Vertical Infill is a privately held real estate firm founded in 2004 with an initial goal of acquiring and entitling residential and mixed-use in-fill opportunities. We are currently processing entitlements for approximately 400 residential units in San Diego County.

Mixed use means residential rentals within retail and office space. Our task was to convey that concept (something within something), so we started with the “V” (see name) and tapped into optical illusion design until we were cross-eyed and found the perfect solution.
